These terms govern use of realizedops.com. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with its operation or the rights of others.
Informational purpose
The website describes Realized’s managed revenue-recovery approach and provides directional educational tools. Website content is not a binding service proposal, professional advice, or a guarantee of results.
Revenue calculator
Calculator outputs are estimates based entirely on the inputs and assumptions selected by the visitor. They are not promises, forecasts, quotes, or guarantees of recoverable revenue.
Scheduling
Scheduling a Revenue Recovery Call does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to purchase or provide services. Cal.com and any connected calendar or meeting provider operate under their own terms.
Offers and payment
The website may present a one-time 30-Day Revenue Recovery Pilot and an ongoing Managed Revenue Recovery service. Managed Revenue Recovery currently charges the implementation fee and first monthly service fee at checkout, followed by automatic monthly billing at the amount displayed before purchase. Stripe processes payment under its own terms and privacy practices.
Service scope
Payment does not expand the service beyond the scope displayed at purchase or confirmed in an applicable written order, proposal, or service agreement. Implementation timing, client responsibilities, cancellation, and any refund terms should be reviewed before purchase. A separately accepted written agreement controls if it conflicts with this website.
Service availability and fit
Service scope depends on operational fit, technical feasibility, consent requirements, available data, and the selected offer or applicable written agreement. Compatibility with any particular CRM, field-service platform, or communication provider is not implied.
Intellectual property
The Realized name, logo, website design, written content, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. They may not be copied, republished, or used to misrepresent an affiliation with Realized.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security controls, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use the website to violate privacy, consent, communications, or other applicable laws.
Disclaimer and limitation
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Realized disclaims implied warranties regarding the website and is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of this informational website.
